The Solstice Collective grew out of a desire to spread love during a personally and globally challenging time. All of our products are handmade and designed with love to bring peace, light and beauty into your life; they are designed, created, and tested in my personal workspace to ensure that you receive a beautiful, high quality, and lasting product. The love does not stop there though. In addition to providing finely crafted, elegant gifts, The Solstice Collective donates a portion from every sale to nonprofit groups supporting mental health initiatives.

About Nicole
With a birthday that falls on the day of the summer solstice and the international day of yoga, in time, it became clear that the universe had a plan for me that involved yoga. I began my journey in 2001 and recently completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training to allow me to share with others the same benefits I have seen and experienced throughout my own practice: emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual growth. A personal focus for me is to help others use their yoga practice to ease suffering due to mental anguish as a result of addiction, grief or illness.
After COVID-19 interrupted our lives and prevented me from leading the in-person classes I was guiding locally, I switched to an online teaching format. I have proudly donated the proceeds from these classes to the studios through which I am teaching to support these local small businesses during this challenging time – all while I get to virtually connect with people from all over the country. As Mother’s Day approached and shelter-in-place orders were issued, I began to develop and pursue my own small business idea. In addition to my weekly classes, I found a way to express the love in my heart from the safety of home and formed and launched the Solstice Collective.
